Significance of Duha
Duha in Arabic translates to the "morning sunlight." Duha Therapy is inspired by the beautiful verse in the Holy Qur'an called Surah Ad Duha. This Surah came down as a reminder to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that he was never abandoned by Allah even when he felt alone. Allah reminded the Prophet (pbuh) of his past successes, to not think negatively, have the motivation to succeed, and to set clear targets. The Prophet (pbuh) was most dear to Allah. Do we not then believe that He is also there to support us when we fall?
