Therapy that finally feels aligned.
Because healing begins when you feel seen.
Because healing begins when you feel seen.
Faizah Latif, Clinical Director of Duha Therapy
Many people come to therapy carrying more than anxiety or burnout. They carry the weight of feeling misunderstood, navigating multiple identities, and wondering whether they'll truly be accepted. At Duha Therapy, you'll find a space where your faith, culture, identity, and story are respected, not explained away.
Especially for Muslims, South Asians, and anyone seeking culturally responsive therapy where every part of their identity is welcomed.

Support that respects your spirituality without judgment.

Therapy that understands identity, family, community, and belonging.

Care that moves at the pace of safety.

Tools for anxiety, boundaries, self-trust, and emotional healing.

For anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, identity, relationships, and life transitions.

Faith-informed and culturally responsive workshops for schools, organizations, and communities.

Reflections and tools to support healing between sessions.

Hi, I'm Faizah.
I founded Duha Therapy because I saw too many people searching for mental health care that reflected who they were - not just the challenges they were facing.
As a Registered Social Worker, university counsellor, educator, and speaker, my work is rooted in one belief:
Healing begins when people feel seen.
Faizah speaks on mental health, burnout, chronic illness, Muslim wellbeing, identity, and psychological safety for workplaces, schools, conferences, and community organizations.
You don't have to navigate healing alone.
Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or returning after previous experiences that didn't feel like the right fit, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
