On the Let’s Move Canada podcast, I had the opportunity to share my journey at the intersection of chronic pain and mental health. Drawing from both my work as a therapist and my own lived experience, I spoke about the emotional impact of living with an invisible illness, the importance of advocating for yourself within the healthcare system, and how healing has involved learning to approach my body with greater compassion rather than frustration.
